The Coffman Team recently had a very flimsy excuse to go down to The Strip, and we took it so we could visit our favorite Las Vegas buffet - Todai at Planet Hollywood. In a town full of buffets, we think Todai is something special because of its nice assortment of fresh sushi and teeny tiny little desserts (an excuse to have one of everything). Some members of The Team have become much more adventurous sushi eaters because of their all-you-can-eat offerings (and some members have not, which is ok too. They offer lots of other choices). So if you find yourself with a flimsy excuse to visit The Strip, by all means take it and check out Todai.
